Strength. Balance. Self-Respect.

                                • Confidence – How to build and maintain confidence
                                • Stress Management – A look at positive ways to cope with stress
                                • Assertive Communication – Say what you mean while respecting yourself and others
                                • Boundaries – Form healthy, functional relationships
                                • Decision Making – How to decide what you really want
                                • Goal Setting – Learn how to achieve and sustain goals

Workshops are free (Displaced Homemakers) or at a minimal fee. Mileage and child care reimbursements are available.
