Life-Work Planning Center Takes a Pledge to Stand Against Racism
During the month of April, Life-Work Planning Center joined the YWCA Mankato STAND AGAINST RACISM 2021 (Roll, Sit, Be Present). Stand Against Racism provides the opportunity for communities across the United States to find an issue or cause that inspires them to take a #StandAgainstRacism and to unite their voices to educate, advocate, and promote racial justice. This year’s campaign brought to light #RacismIsAPublicHealthCrisis. In exploring racism’s implications on public health, YWCA Mankato hosted a supply drive on behalf of Committee Against Domestic Abuse, Inc- CADA and The Reach.
