Life-Work Planning Center is offering a Strength • Balance • Self-Respect workshop series this summer both in-person and virtually. Our workshops provide individuals an opportunity to strengthen essential job skills by improving confidence and communication skills, learning how to establish healthy boundaries, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and setting personal and professional career goals.
All workshops are at no cost to participants and are open to anyone eligible who wants to enroll.

Stress Management: A look at positive ways to cope with stress.
Assertive Communication: Say what you mean while respecting yourself and others.
Decision-Making: How to decide what you really want.
Goal Setting: Learn how to set and achieve your goals.
