I’m incredibly excited to join the Life-Work Planning Center as the Case Aide/Administrative Assistant. I’m originally from Mankato, though I’ve lived in several cities—including a stretch in Central Mexico where my dad is from! I have a master’s degree in Ethnic Studies and have spent much of my career working with community nonprofits, where I developed a strong passion for supporting people and advocating for accessible resources.

In this role, I’ll be working closely with our self-sufficiency counselors to keep things organized and ensure participants receive the support they need. Outside of work, I love traveling and spending time outdoors—camping and hiking with my rescue chiweenie, Fiona. We’re happiest exploring nature in just about any weather.

I believe everyone deserves to feel supported through life’s transitions and have access to the resources within their community. As a bilingual Spanish and English speaker, I hope to serve as a welcoming representative for our Latino and Spanish-speaking community members. I’m truly looking forward to getting to know our participants and partners and to being part of the meaningful work this team does.
